what is my comunities biggest prob?

In my community the biggest problem is that sometimes we have an issue when one girl wants to have special treatment and she does not get what she wants. Or sometimes a few girls can be to nosy and they do not respect others. Then sometimes it is just when one person is not having a good day others do not know how to leave one girl alone. But it is so easy the way we settle it and every thing because we have a group chat and then usually it gets solved pretty fast.

Teens 2 Queens is an organization my church helping girls from the ages of 12 to 18 better themselves by planning activities. In T2Q we do a lot of fun stuff and there is only a few times where we had trouble getting along the reason why i think we have a easy time of getting along is because we always have something to do and from day one our leaders have taught us how to talk things out with one another.
